Clean the floor with a cloth for dust and then use the first coat of varnish. Allow the varnish to dry then do another set of sanding using a 150 grit screen. Clean up the floor and then do another coat of varnish. Wait for some time to let the varnish dry.
Lastly, and the most significant part, look at your floor and marvel at the way you were able to effectively recondition your wood floor.
