Black And White Themes For Your Wedding

What is the difference between the DOD 210 Fet preamp guitar pedal gray model versus the orange model?
The gray one seems to sell for more money, but searching the internet I could not find what was different between them.I see that the DOD 250 gray model has a different chip and can sell for more than 5 times the price of the orange model. Anyone know the difference in the 210 models?

That's pretty much it...a different FET and supporting circuit (there are only 8 parts total). They probably cost DOD the exact same amount to manufacture. I believe the original transistor in that thing was a J113, but they also used J201, MPF102, and NTE458 (which I think sound the worst). They all do the same thing, but each device behaves a little differently.
It's the same thing as certain Fuzz Faces sell for more because the transistors available when they were built.
