What's my track bike size?
I'm looking into a new Pake track frame (actually between track/road geometry- here's the chart: http://www.pakebikes.com/pakespecs.html), but I don't know what size to order. My old bike was a fixed gear conversion that I got for free, so it wasn't well sized. I'm 6'2"-6'3" with a 36" inseam. I like things to be super responsive- computer mouse, game controller, steering wheel, bike... Will sizing down give me a better response? I'll be running bullhorns that extend forward 10" at the ends, probably a generic 100mm stem, although possibly a 2" (approx.) stem that I have lying around. I'm going extremely economy style on this bike, since I don't have a job yet.

The frame comes in 59 and 61 you figure out to be a 61cm.
