16 inch wheels makes it slow, but still rideable.
EZY Bike:
Basically an Asian Strida rip off. Smaller, 12 inch wheels. Fun to ride but not for very long distances or up hills.
An adult can fit on any of them, but I'd say the Ezy bike is the most comfortable because the seat is not attached to the seat tube. It gives you a little more distance from the handle bars. On these bikes you are basically sitting over the rear wheel. A small shift in weight to the back will bring the front wheel up into an unwanted wheelie. That includes going up a bump or small hill.
My suggestion... don't get any of these.
