I have a Schwinn IC Elite Bike and I'm bored with the same training program I've used for a few years. I'm wondering if anyone knows of any good dvd workouts that coincide with my bike.
I've tried several from Carmichael's Trainright to the Spinervals workouts. They all have one thing on common after a few times they are BORING. Sorry to say but I've have not seen any DVDs that are any good to train by, I'm not talking about them being effective or not, but from a boredom factor. Unless you are willing to spend a big chunk of money on an interactive system there are no good options.
