i am buying new cranks for my bmx fit bike. i also need a bottom bracket. on danscomp.com most crank arms come with a "spindle" and im not really sure exactly what a spindle is. what is the spindle? i asume it goes in between but thats also where the bb (bottom bracket) goes. help me out?
