Bad back pain after riding indoor bike...?
I got a bike trainer and started working out for about 30 min a day
I noticed i get really bad back pain in my lower back. I stretched afterwards to try and see if that would alleviate it, but im not sure what else to do

Could the problem be that my bike is currently NOT on a bike riser?
If it's the same bike you ride without problem and now you do on the trainer, yes, I think raising the front wheel could certainly help. By the front wheel being low you are shifting more weight forward and that may affect your back. It's so easy to do, give it a go next ride.
